Kérkira Eco-Estate

Palm Beach

Life is something that everyone should try at least once. But don't despair, the lifestyle you've been searching for awaits you!

Wow, but this land is beautiful. From green hills down to honey-coloured beaches, from lush sub-tropical plants and flowers to vivid multihued reefs, from sheltered coves and calm waters to huge swells and rip-roaring breakers, from balmy summer days to mild winters, Kérkira Estate is a year-round nature lover’s paradise.

Kérkira Estate is a private coastal and conservation eco-estate set in the verdant southern reaches of Natal’s famed sub-tropical coastal belt.

Two-thirds of this exclusive 44.5 hectare eco-estate is dedicated to a unique nature conservancy rich in fauna and flora.

The reserve boasts prolific bird life with ± 700 species inhabiting this region.

Families of graceful antelope forage serenely in the stillness of leafy sun-dappled forests.

Whistling ducks, indigenous geese and waterfowl paddle and play on the calm waters of its wetland ponds, while acrobatic monkeys entertain all with their antics and chitchat.

With ½ km of sea frontage virtually all Real Right development sites have outstanding views of both the warm Indian Ocean and beautiful indigenous bush and coastal forest.

Kérkira Estate's luxurious Club House, resplendent with lounge and pub, is a great place to relax and unwind with your friends.

The Club House boasts an activities area with a full
size snooker table and a gym.

Close to the Club House a magnificent swimming pool, children's pool and tennis court awaits you. Whether your desire is only to cool off without hurry or to suntan, or if you are uncompromising in your wellness regime, doing your thing with the blue waters of the Indian Ocean, warm and alluring to seaward, will leave you feeling deeply content, relaxed and at peace.

The Club House has an abundance of change rooms, showers and toilet facilities.

The remaining one-third of the estate is set aside for the limited development of 101 villas.

This is your opportunity to secure a piece of paradise in one of the most magnificent coastal estates South Africa has to offer.

Now, imagine waking up in your own villa in this exclusive Eco Estate…

Location Map

Kérkira Estate is ideally situated at the little village of Palm Beach, lying on the southern coast of KwaZulu-Natal, about 12 kilometres north of Port Edward and 17km south from Margate.

The Wild Coast and popular casino are just across the Mtamvuma River from Palm Beach. Very little development has been allowed to spoil the neighbourhood.

The little hamlet of Palm Beach is named after the Ilala Palm (hyphaene critina), a species indigenous to sub-tropical Southern Africa and used by rural communities for centuries - the leaves for woven rooftops, baskets and mats and the sap for liquor!

Guards
constantly patrol the perimeter of the Estate to check the integrity of the fence.

Kérkira Estate is a member of the Palm Beach Residents Association, which has a fixed arrangement with the South African Police, who conduct motorized patrols at random within the Estate grounds.

What's more, all the homes and the Club House in the Kérkira Estate are linked to Chubb Security.

As a result of such measures being taken no burglaries, theft or trespassing has occurred
